ABOUT THERAPY
We all may feel overwhelmed by life at times and be in need of support and guidance. Talking things through with a therapist can help us to untangle difficult and confusing thoughts and emotions. Expressing our fears and our hopes in this way may enable us to become more fully in touch with our authentic selves and ultimately open us up to experiencing a more joyful and meaningful existence.

THE WAY I WORK
I work as an existential therapist. My aim is to provide my clients with an open and safe environment where their thoughts and feelings can be shared without any fear of judgment. I endeavour to help my clients, who may feel that they have lost their way, to find meaning and purpose in their lives through a process of gentle exploration. I actively encourage my clients to use their capacity to make choices and to develop their lives, as a way of becoming more fulfilled and authentic in their everyday existence.
I recognise that the decision to begin personal therapy is an important step and takes courage. We take things one step at a time and at your own pace. The sessions are yours, and we will work with what you decide to bring on that day to that session.

Session Information
We can agree on short-term or long-term therapy depending on your requirements. Sessions will normally be held weekly at an agreed time.
Free Introductory Session
I offer a 30 minute free initial session which will allow me to explore your needs and for you to get a feel for how I work.
Fee
My fee is £50 per session.
Location and timing
Sessions are online and last for 50 minutes.
